About Me

Our firm's business model is to provide aggressive representation from the beginning of a case to the conclusion with the goal being an excellent result for each client. We are not in a rush to close a file and will do so only when the best possible result is reached. Please give us a call today to discuss your case.

Philip A. Holloway is a dedicated, aggressive, experienced trial litigator and has successfully handled thousands of cases and enjoys an impressive record of winning jury verdicts. Although the emphasis of Mr. Holloway’s practice is criminal law, he appears regularly in the various courts of the State of Georgia representing clients in a wide variety of cases including Criminal Defense, DUI, Juvenile Law, Police Law (including police brutality), Military Law, and select Civil Litigation.

A native Georgian, former police instructor and certified flight instructor, Mr. Holloway began his distinguished legal career when he graduated summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law in 1996 where he served on the Law Review and the Varsity Mock Trial team. He went on to serve as an officer and Judge Advocate in the United States Navy. While on active duty, then Lieutenant Holloway graduated with distinction from the Naval Justice School’s sixteen week advanced trial advocacy course and earned certification as trial and defense counsel. Mr. Holloway has also served as Assistant District Attorney, President of the Cobb County Bar Association Criminal Law Section, and has taught in the field of constitutional law as adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at nearby Kennesaw State University.

Mr. Holloway believes that there is absolutely no client in need that he cannot help. He also feels that clients should have easy access to their attorney and is always willing to make himself personally available to his clients. Evening and weekend appointments are available by prior arrangement.
