I am using Chris presently in a custody case involving my toddler son. As a father it’s hard to find good representation but I have no doubt this case will be resolved in my favor. Chris is a artist in the court room and knows his way around the court room well. He has represented 3 other of my friends and did a great job with them too. not only have I suggested him to others I will continue to do so.

I hired this person to represent me in a child custody case. He clearly does not care about his clients well being. I am going to file a complaint against him to the GA BAR . Mr McClurg has a pattern he uses to acquire your case and a tactic to withdraw from your case leaving you with no service rendered and without refunding your money. He has a blatant disregard for some of his clients. Because of this lawyer I am in debt and was forced to get another lawyer and get further in debt. This lawyer is the worst that I have seen and he clearly robbed me without a gun. If you are just getting by on your income, please do not hire this lawyer. Lawyers who knowingly have no intentions of representing your case from start to finish but take your money should be disbarred and not allowed to practice law for 5 years. This is worse then flushing your money down the toilet. I will be attaching all of these reviews to my complaint when I file it with the Ga. Start Bar.

I hired Chris McClure he said he was going to fight for me instead he did nothing for me. He was unprofessional and rude. His office was telling information to the oppose party. Chris left me out to dry. My Ex-wife was Severe Bio-Polar and taking 6 different type of drugs and he told me in court that I am not going to tell the Judge that and I had proof, I did not get Joint Custody all because this uneducated lawyer. He wanted to withdrew form the case, after he made so many mistake and his client paid the price. I winded up in court without a lawyer most of the times and cost me more money than I could afford. Every time I called to speak to Chris, his Secetary, Michelle said he was not in, but when you go by his office, indeed he was there. I call from my Cell phone and ask to speak to Chris and Michelle told me he was not in, but 10 minutes later I caught my Ex-wife and Chris coming out of the door talking. He never answered or returned my call. He was working with the lawyer my ex hired and told me that he was not. I must tell you if your hire this lawyer your throwing your money away, your going to get a better result without him. I filed a full complaint to the bars association, in hoping this person get bar. Him and his Secretary Michelle don't need to ever be in practice. Do not waste your time or money on this attorney. He Suck, you will be in for a losing case.

Chris McClurg quickly resolved my matter with tenacity and put me at ease in mediation. He clearly knows the law inside and out and I am hoping to retain him in the immediate future for any legal needs I have.

Mr. McClurg is a terrible attorney. He does not care about is client, only the check. He will not inform you , he will not ask what you want, he will not return your calls ever, he will always be on another court room with another case. This is an attorney who takes on too many cases and he knows it. I would never hire him again, in fact he should not be practicing as he truely does not care about the client.

I don't know where to begin. This was my first time having to hire an attorney and I made absolutely the wrong choice. First of all, his office notified me of my first scheduled court date the day before, when I had a medical procedure already scheduled. When the court date was rescheduled, I showed up at the rescheduled date by myself and was informed by the court clerk that my attorney got a continuation (and no one bothered to notify me). During the following months, I contacted Mr. McClurg numerous times asking for a status update regarding my case. He assured me the other party was willing to settle and he was working on a settlement. At the end of it all, I ended up in court with no attorney present. The attorney for the plaintiff noted that I was present in court so there was no need for any further continuation. Apparently Mr. McClurg was double booked and defending a criminal case at the same time. He sent an attorney that looked like he graduated law school the year before to speak with me. Long story short, I ended up conceding to the plaintiff outside the courtroom. I felt totally helpless and lacking representation. The only thing Mr. McClurg did effectively was deposit my check. I want others to be aware of the quality of representation this attorney provides.

Mr McClurg has handled 3 seperate cases for me or a family member. Every time we came out on top where we belonged. I had no idea how important it was to have someone not only vested in knowledge of the law, but knows the system as well as he does. Most importantly, it is obvious that he is well respected by the judges and opposing lawyers as well. That is something you can't get everywhere.

Mr. McClurg has represented me in more than one case and has done an absolutely outstanding job. Mr. McClurg is very aggressive and not afraid to take a difficult case, and in my experience has even been able to win in cases I thought were unwinnable.

Chris got a false charge turned around for me. The witness for the Solicitor's Office was in danger of being impeached for issues with character and making up a fictitious charge altogether.
Chris won't always tell you his strategy but he gets the job done. All attorneys are not created equal. Many are horrible in the courtroom because they don't know law enough to defend you. Chris isn't afraid to fight in court and he does know the law. His assistant, Michele gets an A+++++ for keeping you informed!!!

Chris has represented me in four different cases with 100% win in my favor. Chris represented my company at a time of financial difficulty and lawsuits popping up from left right and center with one of my client even taken me to fox news. Chris and the entire practice and staff helped me through. They treated me like they would treat their own family member in similar sitation. I felt like i have brothers and families of attorneys. All without robbing a bank. I am very satisfied and will recommend this lawyer to all.
