I completed my undergraduate degree at North Georgia College and State University, where I received my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Subsequently I joined the United States Army and served proudly as a Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division and the XVIII Airborne Corps, at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. After being honorably discharged, I obtained my law degree at the John Marshall School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia and went on to serve as a prosecutor, gaining invaluable prosecutorial and trial experience. It was while serving as a prosecutor that I saw the need for people who had been accused of a crime to have access to thorough and zealous legal representation on their behalf. In addition to my duties as a defense attorney, I also serve as a Judge in the City of Milton Municipal Court and as a Judge Pro-Hac in the Roswell and Alpharetta Municipal Courts.

I endorse this lawyer. Brian is an excellent advocate for all of his clients. He is well respected by fellow defense lawyers, the police, and prosecutors. Brian is a great guy to have in your corner as your lawyer. He fights hard and gets excellent results due to his knowledge and experience in DUI defense. I highly recommend Brian for DUI defense and any other criminal case.
