Sarah Kopel, founding partner of The Kopel Law Firm, is a strong, compassionate advocate who is appointed in Gwinnett County as an indigent defense attorney. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, Atlanta Bar Association (where she is a member of the Women in the Profession and Family Law divisions), and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers.
When she is not advocating for her clients, Ms. Kopel is a volunteer with the Cobb Justice Foundation and the Atlanta Bar Association's Women in the Profession Cancer Legal Intitiative Outreach Pro Bono Project.
Ms. Kopel also loves to spend time with her loving husband Jorge, laborador retriever and two ginger cats (all of which are rescued animals), being involved in her synagogue, cooking, making stained glass pieces, and spending time with her friends.
