    Hired attorney

Regret retaining her services. From day one, I observed a level of deception in her "legal advice." She gave me false hope thinking that I would acquire funds to cover my medical expenses and damages, come to find out she was just looking at her 33 and 1/3 percent. She hates litigating PI cases because she is lazy and just wants to get quick money so that she can go shopping. It is very disheartening to see an attorney constantly deceive her clients on a regular basis and don't put any care or ethics into her legal practice.

For a judge to suggest to me to report her to State Bar is very telling of the type of attorney she is.

It's a shame there is such an attorney like her to continue practice law while deceiving and disrespecting her clients.

    She needs to be disbarred.

    Hired attorney

Let me start by saying. One of the biggest mistakes of my life was bringing a case to Rita Williams.

7 months into my case, after hearing nothing since signing up with Rita's office. I call to get an update, one of her staff emails me the demand letter her office wrote. My incident was a physical assault situation, the demand letter that she wrote accused the business of hitting me with an automobile. The letter also had a " Demand " amount payable to settle the matter, which was a figure I never authorized.

I called her office several times after reading this demand letter to speak to her, 9 out of 10 times I was told she would call me back. 100% of the time I never received a return call.

After almost a year, No communication, a demand letter which contained info for a situation non related to mine. Rita's paralegal informed me they were trying to weigh out rather or not they would file suit against the business. Shocked out of my mind, requested a conversation with Rita. This time Rita accepts the call. During that call she went on to accuse me of lying to her, she accused me of being drunk during the incident. Which I wasn't, and could be proved by a bartab which was forwarded to her. ( This had nothing to do with driving ) She raised her voice at me and spoke to me like a child, scolding me giving her office misinformation. She then told me she would contact me in a week for a face to face meeting.

A few days later after this conversation, I received a letter in the mail, stating they were dropping my case. This was about 2 weeks before Christmas.

Another lawfirm took over the case. Thankfully I'm in much better hands. If you are in a situation which requires legal support, my heart goes out to you. But know this, if your looking for non stop stress, unprofessional practices, you've found your lawfirm!

Anyone considering this laughing stock of a lawfirm, get ready for radio silence from the moment you bring your case forward. And good luck ever getting a meeting / phone call. From the moment you sign you will be the most distant element of your case from knowing any information on anything.

I agree she was our attorney yrs ago and she was recommended but ended up being below par. We were one of bet 1st big cases and I would never recommend her. She is only after money and she gives the worst advice on your case and once she has made the money quik for her...you won't every hear from her ever again.

was surprised, my second case files ingot lost in the transition between staff. Front office nice decor, cold front office staff. No not a good experience, wxx, they seemed busy doing nothing. Took me a while to write this, but no I will pass on them. This was a referral too, and has affected the rest of my life. Don't mean to hurt anyone but people need to stop playing with peoples lives.

This "attorney" does not provide thorough legal advice. She tries to get by on giving minimal advice as much as possible and expects payments for this. She is only concerned about her money. I find her to lack ethic and morals that is very needed in the legal community. It is obvious that she has not maintained her education and skills because she dodges alot of the questions that I have for her leaving me feeling very confused and helpless. I will never retain this "attorney" again.
