Employing the DeWoskin Law Firm to handle my consumer debt lawsuit was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Although I was never able to meet Mr. Dewoskin and Ms. Sheridan in person due to work schedules and distance, the firm handled my case expeditiously and professionally. Ms. Sheridan, Mr. Dewoskin’s paralegal, “held my hand” through the entire process by answering all of my questions via email/phone, keeping me abreast of any occurrences regarding the case, and offering words of encouragement when I needed them. Best of all, Mr. DeWoskin resolved the case without me ever having to attend court. This guy was awesome. I had been having issues with a collection agency called Midland and DeWoskin made them stop harassing me and made them go away after about 3 weeks. He even made Midland pay his fees. This firm rocks!

Dan and Jill were the best! After speaking with them I was told not to worry, that was their job. So I went home, didn't worry, even forgot that I had a case with them and then one day I got a call telling me that it was all over and everything went in my favor! I am so happy i hired Daniel DeWoskin to handle my case for credit card collection. I hired him because other attorney that handle credit card collection want you to file bankruptcy which was not a choice for me. Daniel goes after debt buyers single handed and doesn't back down. He knows that most of these debt buyers do things illegal and do not go by the FDCPA laws. Dan is very knowledgeable of the DUI process and did an excellent job of explaining each step of the way. A Dekalb DUI task force officer pulled me over 3am New Years Eve. As you can imagine this officer is highly trained and experienced to detect a less safe driver. He was extremely thorough in his report and adamant I was guilty. I did have a video which Dan studied every move to verify tests were performed accurately. We bought in an expert to confirm and testify inaccuracies identified by Dan. Undoubtedly Dan brought very convincing arguments in the courtroom, delivered them professionally and easily connected with the panel of jurors. After 15 minutes of deliberation I was found innocent. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer regardless of the verdict. I was comforted, informed and serviced by a highly creditable, intelligent and respectful lawyer.

Daniel DeWoskin was the most dedicated attorney I have ever worked with. He always answered my calls and my questions. Lawsuits are hard enough to deal with, it is so much easier when your attorney has your back.

Dan Dewoskin just represented me in a DUI refusal case that was coupled with narcotic prescription pills found "not in original container" as well as speeding. The DUI-refusal, carried 2 counts, the speeding carried 2 counts, and the pills also carried 2 counts. With a total of 6 criminal charges against me I knew that it looked bad. It looked very bad. Dan took every means necessary to think like a juror, not like an attorney. He never gave up on any portion of this case at any time for any reason. The state refused a plea (even though I wasn't very interested in one) and off to trial we went. Dan was impeccable. Out of the 6 counts I was charged with, I walked out with a $75 speeding ticket, the other 5 charges rendered "NOT GUILTY". I cannot thank Dan enough, he is by far, the best there is. He is worth top dollar and hopefully I will only need to call upon him to help others I know needing the best in legal counsel there is. Thank you DAN!!!!!!!

I have to say that it was great having a lawyer , that could identify with my job while representing me. Sometimes it's hard to find lawyer wil not only represent you but actually believe in your case. Mr. De Woskin and his partner had enough faith in my case that they themselves risked recieving no compensation for my particular case. They also sacrificed some of their fee to ensure that i recieved a fair settlement in my case despite the fact that, the overall settlement was far less than what we were asking for. Im not saying that it is standard for them to do that but , it just shows that there are still some good lawyers out there.

I found Mr. DeWoskin through a very close friend who is also an attorney. He represented my son in a matter that could have been pretty devastating had it gone unchallenged. Mr. Dewoskin and his partner Mr. Pekor both were like hiring the calvary. They wasted no time and if it weren't so serious, would have actually been fun to watch them save the day!
