I have never needed an attorney or been in legal trouble before but I found myself in a situation that required to have an attorney and luckily was directed to Mr. Lynch. I felt stupid and embarrassed, but I found Mr. Lynch to be kind and forth coming of plenty of legal guidance and he assured me every step of the way to a positive resolution in my case. His phone calls to me were always informative and direct and I never had to guess which direction he wanted us to go. i am grateful to have been partnered with him during this trying time.

I hired Andrew Lynch to represent me on a misdemeanor charge of animal cruelty made by Dekalb Animal Services. I love animals and have never been cruel to an aninal in my life, although due to extenuating circumstances I had allowed the condition of my home to deteriorate severely. Despite the fact that my dogs were in good contition (which they could not deny), DAS seized them. I found Andrew on the Internet and what a great find it was. He not only had experience in trying animal cruelty cases similar to mine, but his knowledge of the law and his initiative in using it to my advantage (and I might add, to the advantage of my dogs) were superb and led to the return of my dogs. The Solicitor General and DAS originally recommended jail time, but Andrew negotiated a plea agreement, with certain oversight provisions, acceptable to the Judge, Throughout the judicial process, Andrew kept me informed of my options and possible outcomes for each. I might have gone on to trial, which, with Andrew's representation I believe I had a more than fair chance of winning,;but because jury verdicts can be unpredictable, I opted for the plea agreement
Andrew is not only an extrenely competent attorney, he is also straightforward, principled, and conscientious in his advice and his explanations of the law and my options. From this infornation, I was able to make the decision I believed to be the best for me. Of course, the best decision I made was to hire Andrew. I highly recommend him.

Andrew demonstrated outstanding awareness of the various options relevant to case, provided exceptional legal advice before and after my court date, strongly represented my best interests in numerous interactions with the Assistant District Attorney--leading to a "deal" which made the court appearance a formality, and patiently answered all of my questions until I fully understood and was comfortable with my case, the plan, and the outcome. Couldn't ask for more...

Andrew is very knowledgeable in what goes on in court. He explains what you can expect in easy to understand terms - he does not talk down to you. He is well connected, which can make all the difference. We made an excellent choice when we hired Andrew.

Andrew did a great job of not only representing me in court but walking me through my options and each of my legal responsibilities. Andrew is serious when he needed to be but friendly enough that I felt comfortable opening up and fully depending on him for my representation. Without Andrew’s specific knowledge of my counties’ courtroom staff and judges, I feel that my case would have gone the other way.

I hired Mr. Lynch's services for my son who was in some pretty serious trouble on one charge. Mr. Lynch consulted with us; then consulted w/my son. He represented my son well, he was more than knowledgeable about the cases and they won!! He was knowledgeable about the charges and the Judges. I would recommend this lawyer anytime! Kathy McClure

Mr Lynch is an excellent lawyer. When I was accused of speeding 20+ mph over (for the record, it was 8 mph over), he really came to the rescue. All I had to do was take a $75 defensive driving class and the ticket was dismissed without a problem. No points, no additional court fees, no anything. Plus, I might be able to use the course to reduce my auto insurance. Not a bad deal!
I called my mother a few minutes after we left court and told her my lawyer was better than her lawyer. When she was accused of something similar, she still had to pay $400 on top of the lawyer cost.
Go with Mr. Lynch, he's worth it.

Mr. Lynch represented me in a minor traffic violation. I had been written for speeding. He did all the things your lawyer should do. He gave me a full 360 view of my options, weighed the consequences of various courses of action available to me, and then helped me select the most appropriate course of action for me personally.
He appeared at court promptly. He interacted amicably with the court representatives. He made sure everything was complete and final. He was able to have my ticket reduced, and saved the points from my license.
Beyond these basics, he went the extra mile.
The truth in this instance was that I was not speeding, not even close. The officer had claimed to use Laser to gauge my speed. Yet on the ticket, I was paced by the patrol car which indicates that no laser was used. Driving at around 54mph in sharp turns in the Southbound I-75 exit from I285, I was written up at 76 in a 55. Knowing better than to argue with an officer, I politely accepted the ticket, and then called Mr. Lynch the next day.
He did advise, which is usually the case in these instances, that he would be willing to the distance, but that it more prudent to have the ticket written down to where there would be no points. Then, I could report the matter to the police department as a complaint. Apparently, police departments have their own police who investigate them. This is taken very seriously by the investigators as if an actual crime had taken place.
At the very least, my complaint would be entered as an unsubstantiated complaint in his permanent file. At the most, it could be determined he acted wrongly and reprimanded.Thinking as I write this, I am not entirely clear as to whether the ticket could be expunged after the fact, but I really don't care as long as I don't have any points.
I do care about the fact that this officer wrongly arrested me on trumped up charges, and working the system he knows best, expects me, John Q Public, to not do anything about it.
Mr. Lynch gave me confidence that if I take the pains to put forward the complaint, it will have some meaningful effect on this officer's career. Hopefully, that will discourage other cases like mine from occurring.
