    You should take pictures of everything the Landlord is claiming you have you damaged to prove that it was not damaged, If you have damaged things you should get your won estimate on the cost of repair.

    If the eviction was improper you could sue your landlord for wrongful eviction. Further, you could potentially recover for any property that was taken or disposed of in the process
