Review Kelly Jolley

About Me

I solve problems. I help health care providers and business owners navigate the complex regulations that govern their industries and provide strategic guidance to help businesses grow and succeed. I try cases and develop creative solutions to resolve business conflicts. I advise health care providers and information technology vendors on HIPAA, the HITECH Act, and other privacy laws and defend a wide variety of health care providers in government investigations.

I also represent financial institutions and individuals in their capacities as Trustees, Personal Representatives, Special Administrators, Conservators and Attorneys-in-Fact in fiduciary and probate litigation.
