Entered into agreement and did not conclude the matter. Soaked me for money. Had to find another.
George Allen Anderson’s response:“Our office is familiar with the individual making this review. This Client came to our office requesting the preparation of an "UNCONTESTED" Agreement. Client was informed PRIOR to retaining of our hourly rate, signed the Contract of Employment, and our work began. The Client made multiple requests for changes to the AGREEMENT (at the requirement of Client's spouse) and those changes were made each time.
This Client was informed, in writing, that the matter was NOT going as had been anctipated by the Client and that continued changes would increase the cost, as well that many of the changes being "required" by the spouse were not necessary; however, at the Client's request the changes were made and such was reflected in the Billing forwarded to the Client. In the end, the Spouse did NOT sign the Agreement as the Client had previously anticipated.”
Divorce or separation is a huge life changing event for me as I'm sure it is with most people. After asking around and searching the Aiken area I have decided to use the best there is. Attorney Anderson and his firm are powerful 'no fooling around' professionals and are now focusing on my case with outstanding expertise and determination it will take to fairly settle my outcome with the positive results I need.
I've used many attorneys in the past but none had the stamina to really dig into the issues which were supposed to be important like Attorney George Anderson is doing for me now.
I've never felt this comfortable with such a large gloomy case before and I trust him like none other before. That is why I am giving him the best possible overall score. My sense of judgment for attorneys is well founded on past experiences with others and I believe he is a rare find. He has the experience and knowledge it takes for me.
I will write another review after the end result is reached which I feel confident about.
