About Me

I am a husband, a father, and a lawyer.  As  a lawyer, I help people preserve their family's values, assets, and final wishes, so they can enjoy peace of mind.  I'm an estate planning and elder law attorney.

While education and experience are important, the real reason I have a passion for this work is that I've lost so many people who were so close to me: both my grandfathers died when I was very young, my father died while I was in high school, and both my grandmothers died before I graduated college.  What I've learned is that it's not all about the money ... that's not what you miss ... it's the memories, the words of wisdom and encouragement, and not ever hearing "I'm proud of you" or "I love you" again.

Aside from striving to be a good husband and father, my biggest joy comes from helping families protect and preserve their traditions, values and dreams, as well as their financial assets, so they can enjoy peace of mind. I love helping grateful people accomplish worthy goals in creative, intelligent and enjoyable ways, so we can all spend more time doing what we want, when we want, with the people we care about.
