About me

I help good people who are going through difficult times.  Those difficult times may be because of a divorce, criminal charges or an automobile accident. Regardless of what has happened my job is to help my clients find the best way to get the best outcome possible given the situation.

I am the lawyer that nobody ever wants to have to call, but they are very glad I am there when things go wrong in life. Every case is different and many involve a fight.  I hope that my clients are able to sleep better at night knowing they have someone on their side who has been in this situation before and who is now fighting for them.

  • James Ross Snell

David is one of the smartest, most capable family court lawyers practicing. I would not hesitate to recomend him to my closest friends or family members. My opinion of the value of his services only goes up if you have a more serious case dealing with complex financial or child custody issues. He is also highly experienced in adoption issues.
