I am sorry to heat about your husband's suffering. Questions concerning possible medical malpractice cases are difficult to answer on a forum such as this because of the amount of information that must be evaluated to see if you have a viable claim. Talking to an attorney who can help evaluate your husband's full medical history is crucial. A case like this also requires a medical expert to give an opinion on whether the doctor's actions constitute malpractice. Many attorneys on avvo, including myself, would be happy to discuss your claim.
