Lexington Motorcycle Accident
Nov 02, 2011
A young man was driving home from work on his motorcycle when another driver failed to yield the right of way, and turned left directly in front of him. The at-fault driver's negligence resulted in a serious crash.
The motorcyclist was rushed to Lexington Medical Center where the emergency staff diagnosed him with a broken shin, broken pelvis, and significant trauma to the head. Our client missed a substantial amount of time from work while recovering from his injuries.
Fortunately, we were able to obtain not only the negligent driver's insurance policy limits, but additional compensation from our injured client's underinsured motorist policy. Thankfully, our client has made a great recovery, and by all measures is doing very well.

In the Spring of 2011, a young mother suffered serious burn injuries to her leg and foot. The injuries occurred on the job, giving rise to a workers' compensation case. The burns were severe, requiring treatment at a well known center in Augusta, GA.
While our state's laws limit the amount of compensation the young woman could receive for scarring, we did secure a fair settlement that led our young client to give us a big hug and many thanks. We are blessed to represent such good people.
