Rebecca Poston Creel is a Family Law attorney in Columbia, South Carolina.
Rebecca graduated from Converse College in 2004 with a double Bachelor’s in Business Finance and Psychology. She received her JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2007 where she was a Johnson Legal Scholar. While in law school, she was an active member of the National Association of Women Lawyers and the Public Interest Law Society.
Rebecca is a 2011 Graduate of the Houston Family Law Trial Institute, a week-long intensive trial training institute focusing on advanced concepts of Family Law Litigation.
After law school, she worked as an associate for Luce, Moore, and Franklin in the area of residential real estate and foreclosure law. She joined Pincus Family Law in 2009 and now practices exclusively in the Family Courts of South Carolina.
Rebecca is a very active volunteer in the Columbia area. She sat on the Fundraising Committee and Advisory Council for the Epilepsy Foundation of South Carolina. With the EFSC she also was certified as a H.O.P.E Mentor. She sits on the executive committee of V-Day Columbia. She also volunteers with SCCADVSA, the Alzheimer’s Association, and Project Pet. Rebecca serves on the Board of Directors for Operation Homefront-Wounded Warrior of South Carolina.
Rebecca and her husband live in Columbia and enjoy cooking, gardening and their two dog-ters, Abby and Dixie.
