About me

Dayne Phillips is committed to personalized, passionate, and professional representation of his clients.  He has dedicated his life to defending those who are wrongfully accused or have made an unfortunate mistake and need help.  No matter the crime or circumstance, he will fight to protect your rights, reputation, and freedom.

Dayne is a trained and experienced criminal defense and appellate attorney.  He has successfully defended citizens accused of misdemeanors and felonies as well as argued before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.  He is a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College’s (NCDC) Trial Practice Institute.  He has also taught constitutional law to Magistrate and Municipal Judges.

"The zealous defense attorney is the last bastion of liberty - the final barrier between an overreaching government and its citizens. The job of the defense attorney is to challenge the government; to make those in power justify their conduct in relation to the powerless; to articulate and defend the right of those who lack the ability or resources to defend themselves."  Alan M. Dershowitz, The Best Defense.
