Has Been Excellent Help To My Mom

I highly recommend Cynthia Alleman. She has been my mother's attorney for many, many years. She has helped my mom with her Wills, a Special Needs Trust for my sister and has always been available to advise my mom as needed. She has always been professional and friendly and if she didn't know something she was honest about it, promised to find out the information and got back to my mom in a prompt fashion. Besides being a great attorney she's a wonderful person, I know this because my mom told me so and my mom is an excellent judge of character!!

    Legally Astute and Compassionate

We were facing a difficult guardianship situation when we consulted Attorney Alleman. She was able to guide and litigate for us through a difficult and complicated legal battle which ended successfully in my
obtaining the guardianship which was so urgently needed to provide stability to our family situation.
    Highly Recommended! D.F.

Will & Power of Attorney Client

My husband and I highly recommend Atty. Cynthia Alleman for the handling of Wills. We had a very difficult Will that took about 2 years to get it settled. Mrs. Alleman did a fantastic job in getting the job done.
Mrs. Alleman also did a great job of drawing up a Power of Attorney for my husband and myself.
In both matters Mrs. Alleman was very caring, helpful and we trust her completely.

Highly Recommend Cynthia Alleman as Eldercare Attorney

If you are in need of an Eldercare Attorney, I would highly recommend Atty Cynthia Alleman. Ms Alleman has been Eldercare Attorney for my father for over a year. In this time, she has proven herself to be a compassionate, caring and trustworthy attorney who has my father's best interest at heart. She is very knowledgeable, and has taken us through several proceedings (will preparation, POA designation, etc) step-by-step, so that were informed every step of the way about documents and procedures. Whenever we have sought her advice about a situation, Ms Alleman has always returned calls and/or emails in a timely manner, and with answers that were easily understood by us. She has been a wonderful friend to our family, and a truly great resource for all things relating to our father's legal matters. She is definitely a great attorney, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable representative in the field of Eldercare Law.

Excellent Help Provided with Guardianship and Trust Matter

Ms. Alleman helped me with Guardianship for my Son who has Downs Syndrome . She also prepared a Will for me with a Special Needs Trust for my Son. She did a great job explaining the court process to become his guardian. I was impressed with how quickly she handled everything. She also really helped me to understand how a Special Needs Trust will help my son to keep his medicaid and SSI benefits. Her costs were reasonable and her staff was helpful. The advice she offered gave me peace of mind.

    not transparent

I was not happy with the way the office of this lawyer handled my will. The paralegal who answered the phone was frequently rude in her responses and did not always give accurate information (for example, I was told witnesses would be provided free of charge but then was charged $50.) Also, the original balance cited by the attorney was not the ending balance by a large amount even though very little was added to the original work. She was also not transparent about the costs of any and all inquiries by phone or email. I did not receive any initial information stating how much each minute cost for said inquiries, etc. I would have been better off sticking with legalzoom.

Cynthia L. Alleman’s response: “I am sorry to hear of this situation as we have a long history of satisfied clients who refer others to our firm. We do not charge a fee for witnesses. This staff member is no longer with the firm but was helping on a temporary basis and I apologize for her rudeness. When a fee changes, it is because additional work is requested by the Client and these fees are discussed prior to the work being completed.”

    Guardianship of Autistic son

Mrs. Alleman was extremely helpful for my family. I was able to become guardian for my son so that I could help him with medical decisions. It was very stressful not having guardianship because the doctors would not talk to me. Mrs. Alleman made the process very simple and stress-free. We thank her very much and recommend her to anyone who has a disabled family member.
