I am a trial lawyer. I represent people, never corporations or insurance companies. I fight for people in criminal, famly and civil courts.
Upon graduation from law school in 1988, I spent four years on active duty as a Navy JAG Officer. I represented hundreds of Sailors and Marines charged with everything from Unauthorized Absence to Murder. I then spent 17 years in the Navy Reserve and retired as a Commander (0-5).
After spending six years as an Assitant Solicitor in the 13th Circuit, I went into private practice in Upstate South Carolina. I have been battling in court for y clients ever since.
I represent folks charged with everything from DUI to Murde. I represent folks going through a divorce and custody disputes. I represent folks that have been injured and are seeking recovery.
My staff and I take each case personally. WE ANSWER QUESTIONS AND WE RETRN CALLS!
