About Me

Andrew grew up in Wilmington, NC and graduated in three years from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science before attending Elon University School of Law.

While at Elon Law, Andrew was a clinical student with Legal Aid of North Carolina and worked in the areas of consumer and housing law, particularly in mortgage foreclosure defense. Andrew also founded Elon Law’s chapter of The Innocence Project, a nationwide organization dedicated to the review of criminal convictions in search of actual innocence.

The Nettleman Law Firm was founded on the belief that law firms must be client centered. To that end, we are constantly innovating and incorporating new technology to keep you informed and keep your costs affordable. You want to know who your attorney is, meet with him, and look him in the eye for an honest discussion so you know that your attorney understands you. Our attorneys are there to listen, respond and help.

At The Nettleman Law Firm we are always Focused on Your Rights.

Andrew is extremely well versed in North Carolina criminal law. Having grown up in North Carolina myself, the highest compliment I can pay Mr. Nettleman is that I refer all of my friends and family in NC to his office. He's an extremely talented litigator and I endorse this lawyer.

I endorse Drew Nettleman; he's a highly skilled attorney and is very well respected among his peers in the Wilmington legal community.
