I contacted Robert Reeves back in May when I got charged with a DUI and was not even driving my car when I got arrested for it. Robert was very helpful at piecing together evidence that Rock Hill City Police obviously weren't thinking about the night of my arrest. He put up a good fight with the prosecutor with confidence he would win my case regardless how far we had to take this (to trial) , and had outstanding knowledge . He in fact got my DUI dropped with an alternate option that I took a wreckless driving charge instead! Way better than I could have gotten with me being underage. Him as well as his staff are very polite, understanding, and will work with you paying your payments. They keep you updated via email and phone calls often. Choosing Robert Reeves as my lawyer was a great decision! God forbid I find myself in anymore trouble down the road, but if I do he will definitely be the guy I call.

I contacted Robert in regards to an auto accident and he made it quite obvious he is a professional and not an ambulance chaser. Gave me guidance to handle the claim myself and then consulted on another matter and never made me feel stupid or rushed. After our call I felt like I mattered.

Robert J. Reeves defended me in a criminal case and got my case dismissed. From the beginning through the end of the process, he was *very* responsive, returning phone calls normally within minutes if he didn't actually answer the phone immediately. Robert gave me great advice, kept my head straight, and calmed me down a lot about the process and how things would work.
The best advice I can give anyone out there is, don't skimp when looking for a lawyer. Pay that extra few dollars to get connected with a winner, then do exactly what that winner tells you to do, and you'll have the best chance of being a winner yourself.

Studies project that approximately 8% of those on the sex offender registry are falsely convicted; my husband is one of those unfortunates. Families on the registry get used to police showing up at their door randomly for residency checks, learn to accept that they will never be really welcome at church or community events and somehow manage to get through the tears their children cry because "so and so isn't allowed to be my friend anymore." The falsely convicted suffer additional horrors - they have encountered a criminal justice system that is more interested in conviction than in truth and they live in constant fear that the police will use any excuse to charge them with another crime and put them in jail again. When my husband was convicted, he refused a probation sentence which would have kept him away from his children for six years and instead spent 7.5 months in county lock-up. Upon his release he told me, "I went to jail so that I could come back to my family sooner, but I will never go to jail again; I will die first." A couple of weeks ago, two detectives came to our home looking to question my husband about a report they had received which talked about our family and my husband immediately set about putting his plans into action. I called a couple of attorneys from the Internet who seemed more interested in how much money I had than in what my problem was. A friend gave me Robert Reeves contact information. I called him on his after hours line and left a message, believing I wouldn't hear back until the next morning. Less than an hour later, Mr. Reeves returned my call. Not only did he give me sound legal advice, but he calmed my fears with a compassion and understanding I have never gotten from any attorney. A week later, DSS came to our house looking to speak with both my husband and me. I wasn't home at the time and the message I received was that the police were looking for both of us. I went into panic mode. I called Mr. Reeves again, this time hyperventilating in fear. Again he calmed me down, and told me what to do. A couple hours later, after I had gotten the correct information, Mr. Reeves called me back, just to check on me and make sure I was ok. I pray that this situation will blow over with no further complications, but I can assure you that if anything ever comes up again, I will go immediately to Reeves, Aiken, Hightower & Burns. I can not thank Mr. Reeves enough, without him I probably would have spent last week at my husband's funeral.

I never felt comfortable with an attorney before until Robert. he makes you feel like a friend and is serious about the case as well as your personal well being. to say I was satisfied is an understatement.

Robert Reeves and his firm worked with me diligently. I was made aware of the inevitable outcome of my case from the onset and was not at any time misled. Mr. Reeves is most amiable and always responds to my calls or returns my calls at his earliest convenience. Upon my request, he successfully extended my case for almost 3 years. He has been there for me in every way possible. I not only now him as my attorney but also a friend. I look forward to the lunch or dinner he suggested we should get together for. Mr. Reeves is not your "Run of the mill lawyer". He takes his time and makes you feel like you are his one and only client. If you are in trouble, I recommend you contact him. I am confident that he will take care of you. If he cannot, he will definitely steer you in the right direction. I endorse Robert and would give him 10 Stars if I could - However, this review limits me to 5 Stars. Robert, if you read this, please know that I still am giving you 10 Stars that you so well deserve.

Mr. Reeves was very helpful in answering any question I had regarding my particular legal situation. I could tell he has been practicing criminal defense law for a long time, as he appeared to thoroughly know & understand the law in South Carolina.
Mr. Reeves was always timely in responding to my emails, and seems very trust-worthy, which I found to be of great value, as I'm sometimes skeptical of attorneys.
I'd recommend Mr. Reeves to any of my friends, families, or colleagues who are seeking legal guidance.

I was facing possible jail time for a DUI, and my case didn't look very good. But Robert Reeves and his staff advised me on the best possible course for action, and they negotiated a plea deal that enabled me to retain my license and not face jail. They took on a very difficult case and turned it into a win. All the time they were compassionate and non-judgmental. I highly recommend attorney Reeves and his firm for your needs. You will not be disappointed!

I would just like to take a moment to thank you and your staff for making a rough time in my life go a lot smoother and how you always think about your client first. It was always nice to have Katie there to answer any questions I had and if she did not know the answer she would find the answer and get back to me. Now maybe I can get on with my life without the worry of how to pay my next bill.
Thank you again and if I or anyone I know is ever in the need of a first class attorney we will be calling Robert Reeves.
