 Appeared before the United States Courts of Appeal for the Fourth, Seventh and Eleventh Circuits. Appeared before the South Carolina and West Virginia Supreme Courts.


Dedicate most of my professional life now to handling employer issues and those of executive-level employees before federal and state agencies and internally as lawyer and company counselor on employment issues.


Regularly engaged in the drafting, interpretation and negotiation (and enforcement) of employment contracts, particularly those with non-competition and/or non-solicitation provisions.


Regularly engaged in issues pertaining to wage and hour law and in wage payment law.
