also known as R.E."Steve" Stevenson, Steve Stevenson
I've recently had the oportunity to join Jonathan Puryear to form Stevenson & Puryear, PLLC, which has allowed me to expand my Dealer Compliance and NC DMV Administrative practice, while maintaining the defense practice in District Court representation for Nash and Edgecombe Counties.
I'm an Attorney with over 20 years of executive experience in retail sales and finance, specifically: Sub-prime sales finance underwriting, sales training, auto dealership management, inventory acquisition and valuation, Account factoring, collection practices, and statutory compliance.
I have the dual goals of assisting the sales finance and automobile sales industries in complying with the myriad laws regulating their consumer relations, as well as consulting attorneys assisting consumers in their relations with non-compliant entities.
