I joined NC Eminent Domain Law Firm in 2012 to lead the firm’s eminent domain practice.
I received my J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill. I received my undergraduate degree in Pre-Law from Bob Jones University in South Carolina.
Prior to joining the firm, I worked as an assistant attorney general for the North Carolina Department of Justice, where I represented the North Carolina Department of Transportation in condemnation litigation throughout the state. In doing so, I gained valuable perspective about the state’s approach to eminent domain takings.
I have argued cases before the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court, and tried dozens of jury trials throughout North Carolina.
I am a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the Wilson County Bar. I have also served as a trial advocacy instructor for the North Carolina Department of Justice.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
