I am Board Certified by the State Bar as a Specialist in NC Workers' Compensation Law. My practice is focused and limited to representation of injured and disabled citizens in cases before the NC Industrial Commission and Social Security Administration.
I am licensed to practice before the US and NC Supreme Courts and lower courts and agencies. Over the years it has been my privilege to help scores of good folks get the benefits they deserve. Since 1976, I have made over one hundred appearances in appellate courts.
My excellent partners and staff are a source of pride. We view clients as friends and enjoy helping them. Our web site is Http://www.ncdisability.com We accept serious injury cases statewide and even some in other states which originated here.
My family and I live in Raleigh. We are all involved with community activities. My particular interest has been with historic preservation groups and Bar Association committees. When starting my new practice many years ago I reached out to Mr. Lennon for advice. He is well known in the legal community for his professionalism and skill. He proved to be a valuable mentor to me many years ago in setting the best tone for my practice. I am certain that any client looking to Mr. Lennon for advice would benefit greatly from his assistance.
