Landon White is a criminal defense trial lawyer representing clients facing misdemeanor, DWI, and felony charges. He has experience successfully defending clients at trial and negotiating favorable plea agreements for his clients. Landon has experience in the Wake County District Attorney Office, where he prosecuted DWI charges, drug charges, violent crimes, weapon charges, thefts, and other criminal and traffic charges. Now Landon uses this insight to his clients’ advantage as he has represented clients across North Carolina. Landon is a zealous advocate for his clients. He is dedicated to understanding each client’s case, pouring over the evidence, and looking for all possible defenses.
Landon earned a Juris Doctor from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law with a focus in Trial Advocacy. He held a research position at Campbell School of Law as a Webster’s Scholar and was instrumental in assisting to edit and revise a legal treatise on North Carolina property law. Landon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism-Advertising from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He regularly attends Continuing Legal Education courses to stay current on changes in the law and emerging defense strategies.
Landon is licensed to practice in North Carolina and United States District Court, Eastern District of North Carolina. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Wake County Bar Association, and the Tenth Judicial District Bar.
