Elliot Sol Abrams was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. Prior to attending Georgetown Law School, he went to college at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he majored in Political Science, was selected to the Phi Beta Kappa honors society, and graduated in the top 3% of his class.
He has defended people charged with mail and wire fraud, health care fraud, obstruction of justice, tax evasion, and money laundering, as well as drug offenses, assaults and murder. Elliot has also worked with attorneys, medical professionals, and real estate agents in responding to inquiries from professional licensing boards, and he has assisted public officials and candidates in preparing government ethics disclosure forms and handling government ethics investigations.
As with all of the lawyers at Cheshire Parker, Elliot cares deeply about his clients, stands up for them in and out of court, and enforces their rights.
