About Me

Divorce is a big deal.  It's stressful, expensive and emotional.  You're scared, nervous, and frightened about what the future wil hold.  We get that and we consider it our job to work with you to make this process as easy and painless as possible.  But you must be empowered first.

You need information.  You need to know how this will work, what the law allows, how much support you may receive or pay, or how to protect your kids throughout this process.  We believe that before you make the decision to divorce or separate, you must be able to review all this information in a secure, safe environment, which is why I've created a divorce website packed with information such as FAQ's, articles, videos (coming soon) and blog posts - all about divorce in North Carolina.  I've also published the "North Carolina Divorce Guide: How to Prepare Yourself for Divorce & Find and Hire the Right Lawyer for Your Case".

Before you even consider calling or meeting with a lawyer, negotiating with your spouse or their lawyer, or sign any paperwork, I encourage you to review this information, order a copy of our divorce guide, or attend one of our seminars (also coming soon).
