Lauren is a go getter and a no nonsense woman. She is very honest and staight forward. She could have easily turned me and my family away especially being from out of town but instead accepted us and has been battling for us from the beginning. She has not given up and she refuses to lay down and surrender until she knows what is best for us and gets us what is deserved.

Lauren was patient and caring yet completely organized and ready for Court! She was able to get right to the point and made me feel completely comfortable with the process.

Lauren was wonderful. Without her guidance, I feel my employer would have taken complete advantage of me. She was very responsive and detailed with her advice. I would recommend her and would use her services again.

Lauren Ellerman, of the Frith Law Firm in Roanoke, VA, is a highly professional, non-compete attorney who has demonstrated her efforts and willingness to provide legal counsel with detailed knowledge of the subject as well as superior results. I would highly recommend her work to any colleague who seeks legal advice concerning non-competition/solicitation laws, contracts and business torts.
Frith Law Firm was most successful representing my company in a non-compete and non-solicitation employment dispute in the state of Virginia in 2008. Lauren is to the point in her decision making and does not waste other's time by adding "fluff" to hearing statements.
