About Me

Simplifying U.S. Immigration for families, businesses, investors, and visitors.

David regularly handles immigration petitions for clients across the United States and Canada, and businesses and families around the world. Having been born abroad, Mr. Vyborny has personal experience with the U.S. immigration process, and understands the importance of providing clear, professional, effective counseling to those who wish to visit or live in the United States.

Mr. Vyborny employs his business background to assist global businesses of all sizes with all aspects of expansion to the United States, including visas for executives and employees, and business organization.

Prior to joining OccamLegal Immigration, Mr. Vyborny was a defense attorney at a prominent criminal defense firm, Riley & Wells, where he defended people charged with crimes that carried immigration consequences. He is available to consult with defendants on the immigration implications of criminal convictions.

While attending law school, Mr. Vyborny was a trial advocacy standout and was elected President to both the Trial Advocacy Board and the Student Bar Association. He was also an associate editor of the Journal of Global Law & Business. Upon graduation, Mr. Vyborny was honored with the Order of Barristers by the National Order of Barristers, and the Advocacy Award by the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Vyborny graduated from Seton Hall University magna cum laude where he received a top award in his Business Administration program. He founded the successful marketing firm Vox Research, where he was a consultant to several corporate clients, and was also a financial services associate in the retirement section of Salomon Smith Barney’s Greenwich, CT office (now Morgan Stanley Smith Barney).
