About Me

Vaden Warren has been practicing personal injury law in Virginia since 1997 and has extensive experience handling a variety of personal injury cases.  A 1993 graduate of the University of Virginia, he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History.  After working for the Virginia House of Delegates, Vaden obtained his law degree from the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1997.  While in law school he was a member of the Moot Court Board.

Vaden is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has tried cases in many different counties and cities in Virginia.  His bar associations include: the Virginia Bar Association, the Charlottesville Albemarle Bar Association and the Charlottesville Inns of Court.

Vaden is passionate about his career in personal injury law and remains active in Virginia's largest organization of trial attorneys, The Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.  He is a former chairman of the Young Trial Lawyer's Section and has chaired many other committees for the organization.  He is also a member of the Association of American Justice, devoted to protecting the rights of individuals as well as the right to trial by jury.

Vaden has written a number of articles that have appeared in statewide attorney publications including: "Texas Hold'em and the Art of the Connective Tissue Case" published in Virginia Lawyer by the Virginia State Bar and "Driving the Personal Injury Case" published in The Journal by the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.  He has presented on Trial Exhibits and moderated a presentation on 10 Important Virginia Supreme Court Cases for Personal Injury Attorneys at multiple Virginia Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars.

Vaden Warren has tried over 35 personal injury cases to verdict and was featured in Virginia Lawyers Weekly as an "Up & Coming Attorney."  He opened and ran a branch office for one of Virginia's largest Personal Injury firms from 2000-2003 and went to be a founding partner of Whitehead Warren PLC.  To better serve his clients from all over the state and specifically the Charlottesville area, he founded the Warren Firm PLLC in 2009.

Vaden truly cares for those who have been injured.  Among his pro-bono work, he notably represented the family of a victim of the September 11th terrorist bombings.  He assisted the family in receiving an over $1.1 million award from the Victim's Compensation Fund of the Department of Justice.

When he is not working for his clients, Vaden enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and always enjoys a leisurely game of golf or tennis.  He is a big fan of University of Virginia athletics and attends most Cavalier football games.
