I was charged with Intoxicated in Public and was represented by the Correll Law Firm. Both Mr. Correll and his staff were courteous, prompt, and professional. I do not live in the area, and Mr. Correll arranged so that I did not need to appear in court, did not need to perform any community service, and can resolve the issue with a clean record. He also promptly followed up on my request for some additional information after the trial.
I was sent to Mr. Correll after being in an auto accident. Being that it was the first serious one for me, I didn't know the process and he informed me and my passenger what to expect. From A to Z, Beau kept in contact with me, and kept me up to date. I was very pumped about the outcome of the case (which took me a few months) I would def recommend Mr. Correll to friends (hopefully they dont have to live through what I had to).
As a sophomore in college, just barely of legal age, in one night I found myself facing five daunting charges, including but not limited to a DWI and a Felony possession charge. These were going to be life changing for me. I hired Beau after reading his reviews on avvo. From our first consultation, he was very straight forward, didn't sugarcoat anything, but he made me feel hopeful of a more positive outcome than I had expected. Long story short, after some community service and a year of probation, all of the charges will be dropped. Given the potential sentencing I was facing, this is the best possible case scenario imaginable. I am able to stay in school and keep pursuing a bright future without a felony on my name or any sort of long-term legal restriction. Beau did the best that nearly any attorney could do, and I highly recommend.
I recently had the privilege of having Mr. Correll represent me. I wanted and needed the best as my professional career was in jeopady. I don't know all of the legal terms but Mr. Correll defended me vigorously and somehow persuaded the judge to render a type of decision he had never rendered before. Now how awesome is that? I cannot thank Mr. Correll enough for what he has done for me.
I was pulled over for speeding above 80 MPH on an interstate highway, which in Virginia is automatically a misdemeanor criminal charge (reckless driving). I contacted Mr. Correll based on the reviews on avvo.com. Mr. Correll took the time to understand the situation and my objectives in not having a criminal record. He worked with the Commonwealth Attorney (the prosecutor) to have the charge reduced to an ordinary speeding infraction.
I am very pleased with Mr. Correll's tenacity and would recommend him to others who face this situation. I am very impressed with Mr. Correll and the whole staff at Correll Law Firm!
I hired Mr. Correll to get my public intoxication charge off of my record. He was very nice, helpful and understanding. I had to pay a fine and I received 20 hours of community service along with 6 months of unsupervised probation. With my compliance, the charge was dismissed. Also, because I hired him, we were out of the court room pretty quickly. Thank you so very much, Mr. Correll!

I first met Mr. Correll, when I needed help with a shop lifting charge. I was worried I might go to jail or get slapped with a misdemeanor. After speaking with Mr. Correll I could tell this man was EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE & PROFESSIONAL! After going to court Mr. Correll got my case knocked down to just some community service and when I went back for my final disposition the case was DISMISSED! This is an attorney who is very down to earth, nice, informative, but also very professional about his services he provides to the public. I would definitely hire this man again to represent me and would 110% agree to recommending him to anyone I know.

I highly recommend Beau Correll. He represented me for my DWI case back in Nov 2014.
After a night of partying, I was pulled over, failed the sobriety test, took the checkpoint breathalyzer test (which indicated I had an BAC of .26) and inevitably got arrested for DWI. Once arrested, I declined the breathalyzer test in jail since it is considered to be more accurate than the road test and may face an automatic 10 days in Jail and driver license suspension if my blood alcohol level was higher than .20.
Beau Correll helped me lower my charges from, DWI with refusal of test to a reckless. I was facing jail time, 2 years suspension of license, ASAP classes, and a ridiculous amount of fines. The only two repercussions from my shenanigan are a small fine ($300 or so) and unsupervised probation. My license was not taken away and I did not have to attend ASAP classes.
Needless to say I HIGHLY recommend Beau for your lawyer. He was easy to work with, his paralegal/assistant was also very helpful, and they responded to any request (such as ability to leave the state prior to the court date) very quickly. He is worth the money!

After Beau got me off of 2 DWI offenses within 3 months I had to get an interlock system put in my truck, In 3 months of having the interlock I had 13 violations so my ASAP case manager sent it to court. I received a summons stating I was facing 170 days in jail and a $500 fine. Beau with knowledge and resources and the way he presented my case to the judge got me off with just the fine. Other people were in court for the same thing and they all got jail time anywhere from 60 to 120 days. Thanks again Beau. You are one very good

Had a case two weeks ago where we went to trial because we could not get the government to come down from their plea offer of an assault guilty verdict. I was worried that I coudl go to jail. Correll got the case tossed out with a not guilty in a trial. Even worked on a payment plan. Am telling all my friends about him now.
