Mr. Jabaly earned his degree in political science from George Mason University and graduated with honors before moving on to Rutgers Law School. At university, he regularly contributed to the student newspaper and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta. As a law student, he was selected to represent indigent clients in civil cases that received national attention. Mr. Jabaly was also selected to represent Rutgers in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot held each year in Vienna, Austria.
Mr. Jabaly is regularly published in the Oxford Journal of Intellectual Property & Practice and is spotlighted by the editor-in-chief of the venerable journal.
