About me

Rhonda A. Miller is a prominent estate planning and business planning attorney with offices in Northern Virginia and Southern California. Having written hundreds of wills, trusts, business plans, and complex asset protection strategies throughout her career, Rhonda has been providing individuals, small business owners, corporate executives, and retired military officers with comprehensive and personalized legal planning for over 15 years.

During the early years of her career, Rhonda was a successful litigator in the courtroom, arguing on behalf of clients both large and small. It is both this courtroom experience and her many years in private practice that afford Rhonda a real-world understanding of the issues facing her clients when it comes to asset preservation.  Relying on her education, training, and experience, Rhonda takes a holistic approach to safeguarding each client’s personal and business assets in the most tax advantageous manner, while staying consistent with the client’s goals.

What sets Rhonda apart from other attorneys in her field, however, is her friendly, conversational, and accessible style. By building a comfortable rapport with each client, Rhonda is able to explain highly complex areas of law in a manner in which her clients understand.  “I like to think of it this way,” she says. “It is my job to put my clients’ needs and desires into words. Those words form the basis for each client’s legal plan. That’s why it is so important to take the time to get to know every client up front. And by staying in touch, I continue to assist my clients with other important matters in their lives.”

Committed to excellence, integrity, and staying at the forefront of her field, Rhonda stays abreast of current law by constantly reading and learning. In addition, Rhonda is recognized in the business community as a provider of continuing education classes for other professionals like accountants, financial planners, and insurance agents.

Rhonda is Member of Matsen & Miller, PLLC, headquartered in Fairfax, VA.
