I had a great experience with Mr. Sodowsky. It was my first transaction with him but it will not be last. He was very responsive, followed up with me on every detail point, he actually listened to me and that was very important and addressed all my concerns. I really appreciate very much his service. Thank you.

Mr. Sodowsky helped with what could have been very costly to me and my family. I incurred huge penalities with my failure to file one particular year due to extenuating circumstances and did not know what to do. I had already been "taken" by another firm now out of business, so I was very worried but once I met him, I felt confident he could help and HE DID! I highly recommend Mr. Sodowsky to anyone needing immediate, personal and professional expertise.

I just left another meeting with my atty, Elden Sodowsky. I am a small business man, a one man show offering business development services to local businesses and particularly those in the construction industry. I met Elden several years ago after getting a mailing from him offering services as a tax atty. I was in bad shape having record breaking earnings in 2007 and 2008 but not managing my money very well. consiquently, when the market melted down in the end of 2008 my earnings tanked and I was defenseless against the IRS. I had been in this position many years ago and worked with a accounting firm to reach a settlement with the IRS. It was great, I ended up paying a fraction of what I owed, but they indicated that I had to stay on the straight and narrow from then on. So now it was "serious" and Elden walked through the process with me step by step. Normally a pretty well adjusted individual with advanced degrees in psychology and counseling, this was turning me into a basket case, but Elden worked with me and kept me grounded. I had let it all traumatize me so badly that on one occasion when I had to hand deliver a payment directly to the IRS, I had a panic attack in the parking lot. Not knowing what to do, I called Elden and he took the time to "talk me down" so that I could get myself in the building and make the payment. Now after a couple of years of working a payment plan (and even that has issues whenever they don't process my check correctly !!) I am in a much better situation today with my personal finances in much better order (even though I am not earning much more than half of what I made in 2008).
This past weekend says it all when it comes to what I think of Elden. My wife called me in a panick saying she had just signed for 5 registered letters from the IRS. I told her that I had no idea what they were about, but I knew that if they were anything I should be worrying about, Elden would have called or emailed me ahead of time (Elden knows that I can't bring myself to open letters from the IRS) and my wife said "okay" and that was that!! She knows that Elden has our back, and there were no more worries. Today's meeting with Elden was an to go over the issue of the registered letters (again, my payment was not processed correctly) and long story short, it was/is no big deal. We truly had nothing to worry about, and if we did, Elden would have alerted me. Elden has been indespensible to my peace of mind in this matter and I would recommend him without reservation to anyone.

I reached out to Elden to work in tandem with my bankruptcy attorney who did not offer IRS/tax representation. Now, being a seasoned sales professional (commission base income) there are things that happen and I got myself into a pickle! Note to self, the IRS will always come for what is theirs and it’s SCARY! I am so glad that I found Elden to help me figure it all out! I was seeking advice as to how to handle a tax liability from several years before and how that could/would affect my bankruptcy filing among other legal ramifications. After many different options as to how to best handle my very personal and what seemed to me complicated case (subjective of course), he was always knowledgeable, easy to talk with, approachable and expressed points clearly and with competence. At the end of the day he made me feel like I had a safety net in place and he would catch anything that might come of my decisions and situation. It is a hard thing to face financial failure and mistakes, but, he NEVER made me feel less than nor awkward. I felt and still feel empowered to make the right decisions for my financial future while maintaining my dignity (which is hard to maintain with these types of financial matters). He always made me feel welcome! His assistant Dawn is great, too. She is simply delightful and so efficient! I would highly recommend Elden in the future. Although I hope to never have to retain his services again (I mean who really wants to have to retain a tax attorney, it is usually not a good thing!) would not hesitate to call upon him to help. I have no reservations to letting my colleagues, friends and family know of his good work. EXCELLENT JOB.
