Sequitta Marilyn Leigh Banks

also known as Sequitta Banks

About me

I have over ten years of experience ranging from family law to labor/employment litigation, and I'm very passionate about both because they affect the welfare of families and children.

I obtained my law degree from the George Washington School of Law and undergraduate degree (honors) from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). I've authored articles and conducts training on federal labor and employment matters, and am an advocate for victims of domestic abuse, and trained in handling domestic violence issues.

I am also a court appointed Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) for children in Virginia.  I also handle some cases on a pro-bono basis and I volunteer for the Inova Fairfax Hospital and Women's Shelters.

Let me help you and your family, please call me today for a free consult.
