False. The answer is in the second amendment itself when read in its entirety: "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." Lots of bumper stickers and T-Shirts only have the second half of the second amendment posted......

Yes. Although its not called statutory rape--could mean prison and heavy fines. And the man should not again go online and admit to a crime....in writing....in a public forum that authorities (or the girl's attorney) could used against him. The man should immediately consult with a criminal defense attorney and STAY OFFLINE.

Sure. And good on you for beginning the process of closing out a bad chapter in your life. Shows maturity. HOWEVER, before doing that you should show smarts as well. Speak with a criminal defense attorney. The attorney can insure that you fully understand the process, the impacts, and your best options in a way the 'system' will not consider on its own. Good luck.

Spouse is is not "entitled" to anything. What you do with the money may or may not allow him to later claim some or all of it as part of a divorce process. Best to meet with a Michigan attorney and go through the MI laws in detail to insure you know exactly what to do to keep the inheritance inaccessible (if your state allows for that) to any but yourself.

I have read your post several times--no idea what your issues are or what you need help with. Recommend you sit down with an attorney in your area, and discuss the situation face to face. This forum is not good for every person and every circumstance and it appears you would benefit better from direct interaction. Best of luck to you.

Police make their best assessment at the time. They frequently make the wrong decision. Your points are good ones that you should point out to your insurance company and to your lawyer when you go to court. See a personal injury attorney regarding your injuries.
