  • Bruce Allan Boice

Rixon “Rix” Rafter is a uniquely qualified lawyer that is intelligent, dedicated, and highly respected by his peers. It is obvious from reading his responses to several complex legal questions on AVVO that he provides intelligent legal guidance, that he is dedicated to serving his clients, and that he is respected by the legal community. Often it is said that action is stronger evidence than words. Attorney Rixon “Rix” Rafter’s intelligence is demonstrated by his successful efforts to put himself through law school by attending classes at night and weekends while serving as a military staff officer. His dedication is proven through his service to our country during the Cold War and both Gulf Wars. His respect is earned from his active participation in a local Community Legal Clinic protecting the elderly from being taken advantage of as well as being a board member on numerous civic and community groups. I offer my strongest personal endorsement of this layer.
