Matt helped me out with a last minute notice. I thought I could fight a reckless driving ticket (going 92mph in a 60mph zone on Route 66) on my own. Thank god I decided not to and found Matt to represent me because I was looking at jail time, heavy fines, suspended license, etc. long story short I wanted to take the first deal and get it done and over with. First deal terms, where 30 days of suspended jail time, suspended license 30 days, $250 fine. Not bad right? WRONG!!! Matt said "we are absolutely not talk g that deal" and continued the case. Another day of work missed but boy was it worth it. He got it knocked down to a speeding ticket. FINE ONLY of $250. I highly, highly recommend Matt as a lawyer in any traffic case because he has the experience and knowledge to get you the best deal possible. Thanks again Matt. I will defenitely use him again but let's hope I don't have to.

Mr. Kensky was kind enough to make himself available to me in the moments prior to a hearing on driving with a suspended license. He patiently answered the question I had, settling my nerves, and went on to give me a bit of insight into the process, my planned remarks, and the presiding judge. I first communicated with Matthew through phone and email contact. My 1st encounter meeting with Matthew at the office he was personable, inquiring and thorough with his questioning of my traffic case. He proceeded to give me several scenerios based on his experience but he never lead me on to believe that the outcome of my case was that I would be aquited or convicted. He believed in the circumstances of the case during the court appearance would weigh out to be the correct decision. He walked me through the case that day as it developed. The outcome was in my favor. I believe that Matthew was representing me in my specific case all the way. I would have Matthew represent me in the future and would recommend him to a friend. I already have given his name to another.
