This is an unsolicited endorsement of my excellent colleague and friend, Mark Dycio. When I first started practicing law in Fairfax as a brand new attorney, I knew that I would be faced with strong challenges which I was determined to meet head on. Very quickly, a few attorneys stood out to me as being among the best, and they were the ones from whom I sought my own professional development. Decidedly, Mark Dycio was one of them. Mark has magic in court that goes beyond just knowing the law---he has courage and he has heart. Courage in the courtroom is the willingness to fight for your client even when you know you could lose and even when it is not the most popular thing to do. Mark takes on the most difficult cases, in the most challenging circumstances- fearlessly. His outstanding results speak for themselves. This courage is what makes Mark Dycio a winner. I feel privileged to have him as both a mentor and a friend. Mark is a star and I give him my highest endorsement.
