I was horrified at myself to get a reckless driving charge due to speeding. Ms. Pachuta got it reduced to a speeding ticket. Other attorneys contacted me, and they were much more costly and what's worse, tried to subtly scare me (I'm a middle aged mother with a good driving record) and were less articulate and informative than Ms. Pachuta. I'm so glad I used her services and highly recommend her.

I was charged with very serious crimes with one of them involving a dis arming a police officer charge. I was suffering in jail and I hung myself according to the staff in the jail. I was placed in the worst part of jail. Lysandra came to visit me in jail but I had not gotten out of my cell to speak with her when I had the opportunity to do so. She felt bad for me because I could see it in her eyes. She never gave up on me. She kept in close contact with my family and asked them to show up on my bond hearing. She spoke with tenacity and with all of her heart in a very professional way. I love how she really cares. She won the bond motion and I was released on a bond thank GOD and her. I don't know what I would do without Miss Pachuta.

Ms.Pachuta was great. She kept me informed and represented me the way a client would want to be represented. I understood what was happening every step of the way and she didn't treat me like a $ sign....

I picked Lysandra because of her honesty with me. She presented both sides of the case and was honest with me. She even told me that I did not need an attorney! I appreciated this level of respect and I never felt any pressure. She sucessfully argued my case to a better outcome than I even thought possible. I would highly recommend her.

She is professional, knowledgeable and very honest. She is not at all fear mongering and that is what made me hire her. She represented me for a flat fee (very reasonable) in Fairfax county court on my reckless driving charge and got it reduced to improper driving. What else you would ask for? She was worth it.
