    Young out of state driver.

On July 13, 2015 in Fairfax County General District Court you had a hearing regarding your charge of Reckless Driving (70/35). After aggressive negotiations with the Commonwealth, we were able to have the court agree to reduce the Reckless Driving to a Speeding (55/35) conviction. Therefore, you were not convicted of a Misdemeanor but of a simple Traffic Infraction!

    Fast Efficient Effective

Fast Efficient Effective Lawyer! I was extremely worried about this case because I was previously charged with reckless driving when I was younger, roughly 5 years ago. Mr. Green is a professional from business card to demeanor. Over the phone Mr. Green smoothly and calmly stated you can stop by my office for a handshake & some free coffee but aside from that I have everything under control from here on out, he made a few simple requests such as my driving record, a brief description of what happened in writing and he needed my signature on a few documents. Mr. Green asked me what was my desired outcome and then he said I will work to get that for you and I will let you know my outcome by the end of day on your court date just as simple as that with no need for me to appear or anything and as if he waived some sort of anti-stress magic wand my anxiety disappeared and at the end of my court date so did my reckless driving allegation! Fast Efficient & Effective a true professional in the field!

    Reckless Driving (82/55)

On May 28, 2015 in Fairfax County General District Court you had a hearing regarding your charge of Reckless Driving (82/55). After taking your case to trial, the Court agreed to reduce your charge of Reckless Driving (82/55) to a Speeding (74/55) conviction. Therefore, you were not convicted of a Criminal Misdemeanor, but only a simple traffic infraction!

MR.GREEN Did a fantastic Job on my case, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and what he said he was going to do, is what he did. He's very trustworthy, and for future cases that I might get, I will definitely go back to him. 100%, A+.

Five stars for Mr. Garrett Green

I highly recommend Mr. Garrett Green of Nichols and Green Law Firm to help you with any criminal or traffic related legal matters. I was wrongly accused of a hit and run accident with failure to stop which is a class 1 misdemeanor and a serious criminal offense in Virginia. If convicted of this charge I could have faced up to twelve months in jail, a criminal record forever, a six-month driver's license suspension, a hefty fine along with court costs and an eight-demerit-point violation which remains on a driving record for eleven years. In addition, if convicted, I could have lost my job, faced massive insurance premium hikes and may have had to disclose this conviction on future job applications and background checks. Mr. Green was very helpful, understanding, friendly and accommodating because he took the time to meet with me several times before my court date. He was great listener because he heard all of my concerns and he answered all of my questions, and there were many. In addition, he explained everything from the best case scenario to the worst case scenario. He also explained the entire court day process. On the day of court Mr. Green meet with the police officer and the prosecutor and was able to get my charge reduced to improper driving and control. This was a non-criminal traffic infraction with no jail time, no suspended driver's license and a $100 fine. Thank you very much Garrett Green. As well, please thank your exceptional office staff for their assistance.

    Saved my career!

I was charged with Reckless Driving (90/45) and Eluding/Disregarding the Police. I was facing possible jail time, having my license suspended, and 12 points on my driving record. I work full-time while putting myself through graduate school. The thought of missing work, not being able to attend class, and going to jail had me truly shaken. Garrett was able to get the court to agree to amend the Reckless charge to Speeding (85/45) as well as reduce the Eluding charge to Improper Control/Driving. Taking both charges from criminal misdemeanor offenses that would have stayed on my record for life, to just traffic infractions that included fines of $250 and $500. Garrett was also able to get the courts to agree to accept both amendments on the same day, even though they were scheduled for different dates. He fought for me the whole way through even though the odds weren't in my favor and I cannot express how thankful I am for it. I was ready for the worst when I went into the courtroom that day. I left it breathing a long sigh of relief and with a smile on my face, shook the outstretched hand of Garrett Green. I could not have asked for a better experience. I recommend The Nichols & Green Law Firm to anyone that finds themselves in a tough situation such as myself no matter how unfavorable it may seem. Garrett is a true professional that knows how to listen, and how to use his seemingly endless knowledge of the law and people to your advantage. Thanks again Garrett!

    Highly recommended

Garrett was extremely helpful and understanding. I never had to get an attorney for anything before, and he took time and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He was able to get my criminal misdemeanor reckless driving charge dropped to $100 traffic infraction and I didn't even have to miss any work to come to court. It was as stress free an experience as possible and he kept me informed the whole time.

    Reckless driving 100mph speeding

I was pulled over on the Dulles airport acess road. My charge was 100mph on a 55 limit. I live in MD so had no clue this was a jailable offence. i did some research and it seems anything over 90 is guaranteed jail time. I retained Garrett Green from the recommendation of my brother in law who is an attorney for Tydings Law. Let me tell, i am very lucky I picked him. He is extremely good at what he does, knows the court system like no other. Through his vast experiece in the Fairfax court system, he has developed an understanding of the nuances of ecah judge and prosecutor. After 2 trial continuances and prosecutor pleas offering 4-10 days in jail, Garrett finished my case today and i was happy to plead guilty wih ZERO jail time. Not a typo, NO JAIL. His fee is very reasonable and he is a very reasonable guy. I can't thank Garrett and his partner Luke Nichols enough for keeping me out of the system. For high speed reckless driving or DUI, I must highly recommed this team. they are simply AMAZING! My Dream Team!

    My experience with Mr. Green.

I apologized for the late response. I had and interesting experience regarding this case. First of all, I have never been charged with any criminal activity before, it was a shock to me when I got picked up by the police. Second, I trusted Mr. Green even though I never spoke with him about the case until court date. Mr. Green was responsive to my questions or anything that I wanted to know. Mr. Green is knowledgeable about how the Court system works and law in general. He kept me informed of the case and what might be the out come of the case if I was convicted. I would like to say thank you very much for being there for me, and I would recommend your services to a friend if there is the need for your services. Once again I apologize for the late response.

    Run!!! Don't walk!

Worst lawyer ever. Known in the legal community as nickels and dimes. They took money, talked a good story but he did not know the facts of the case (or care) and showed up late to court twice. Don't get tricked by the book! Do not trust your case to"this lawyer".
