    • I recommend Deborah Engram.

Ms. Engram is a knowledgeable, trustworthy attorney who is one of the best settlement attorneys in the State of Maryland. She has settled literally hundreds of real estate transactions for our company and can be counted on to get it right! She is honest and her fees are probably less than the average attorney charges.

  2. Avoid this attorney.

    Kept me informed
    • I do not recommend Deborah Engram.
    • I hired Deborah 1-3 years ago.
    • Deborah handled my Wills & Living Wills matter.
    • I have previously worked with 1-2 lawyers.

This attorney is handling a will/ trust.
The beneficiary has not received any money in almost a year and the attorney has not made an effort to communicate with the beneficiary..
I would bet that the attorney is getting her fees for "managing" this will.
How can an attorney get paid for NOT doing their job??
We will be sending a complaint to the Attorney Grievance committee to see if that will motivate this attorney.

      Lawyer Comment:

This gentleman was not my client and he never hired me. I was named the Successor Trustee to a trust fund which arose out of a will. The beneficiary of the trust fund is a woman who is disabled. She is my client. This gentleman was someone who was taking advantage of my client and was trying to gain access to her money. When I would not respond to his phone calls, emails, or letters, he did file a grievance against me, to which he signed my client's name. The grievance was dismissed when it was learned that my client did not file it. My client is afraid of this man because of what he is doing to her. He has threatened her, and has taken advantage of her in other ways. She is still my client, and he is now far away from her money. To date (of this posting), I have not been paid a dime while administering this trust fund.
