My practice primarily focuses on employment litigation involving Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) (single plaintiff and collective action). I also handle matters on appeal and regularly counsel clients on hiring and firing decisions, wage and hour regulations, Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA") issues, collective bargaining matters, employment policies and restrictive covenants.
