About Me

I concentrate in construction law, and represent owners, general contractors, subcontractors and sureties in all stages of the construction process - negotiation of contracts, bid protests, resolution of disputes during the course of projects, and when necessary, participation in mediation, arbitration and litigation (including mechanics' lien and bond claim actions).

The following is a representative list of the types of projects in which I have been involved: Commercial Distribution Warehouses, High-Rise Hotels and Resorts, Multi-Family Housing, Office Buildings, Residential and Commercial Condominiums, Retail Complexes, Airports, Correctional Facilities, Courthouses, Fiber Optic and Underground Utility Networks, Highways, Oil/Gas Refineries and Power Plants, Parking Garages, Police Stations, Post Offices, Colleges and Universities, Schools, Casinos, Golf Courses, Movie Theaters, Residential and Commercial Swimming Pools, Stadiums.

Throughout the years that I have practiced law, I have found that dispute resolution can be an intimidating and time-consuming process, and I do my best to prevent a dispute from taking over the lives of my clients. That way, my clients can continue doing what they do best, while I advance their objectives.
