Jeremiah did a great job for me. I always knew that he had my best interest at heart and was my advocate. I also believe that he did everthing possible to keep my costs down. I would not hesitate to use him again.
I can't share this attorney's name with others enough. From the moment I first walked into his office, I felt that I was not just in good hands, but in the hands of someone who understands the tolls divorce and custody battles take on someone. It's one thing to pay an attorney, and another to walk away still saying "he is worth it."
At times, Jeremiah realistically explained the options to me with care and understanding. Helping me understand the differences between understanding what the law "will/won't" do verses my grief and loss.
One of my first memories was very early on, while sitting in the courthouse, my first appearance, when a well respected attorney stopped by my way to say Hello to a family member supporting me. This attorney asked me who was representing me. When I told him, Jeremiah Chiappelli, he said to me, "young lady, you are in very good hands, Jeremiah is well respected in this court house."
Two years of long agonizing battles, and technically kept on retainer, Jeremiah did the job EXTREMELY WELL, WITH CARE AND UNDERSTANDING.
Too often attorney's are just about the money, and you are often treated like a paycheck. Not Jeremiah! Every time I had to call, and it was a lot, he treated me as his top priority. Isn't that what everyone is looking for in an attorney! That your attorney will actually care about your case, rather than his pockets.
Don't second guess it for another minute after you read this, HIRE HIM!!! Jeremiah Chiappelli is a wink from God! You are in good hands.
Jeremiah is easy to work with, listens to my concerns and very responsive to my requests. He is my trusted legal advisor.
He did not do anything that was asked. Did not file subpoenas that were requested. He was intimidated by the opposing attorney. Did not appear for hearings and left client hanging. Did not address flaws in the testimony of opposing witnesses. Did not oppose evidence that was not presented in discovery. A total inept failure. Lost case.
