Attorney Murthy is Exceptional!!!. She is highly knowledgeable, smart, meticulous and trustworthy. I consulted her before requesting services of her firm. She was well prepared before call and answered even employer related immigration questions. Felt lot comfortable after initial review of immigration profile with her.

I have hired Murthy Law firm at least three times and each time they exceeded my expectations. Attorney Pamela Genise was really thorough and proactive. She impressed me with going into every single detail so minutely. She even found a mistake in Doctor's medical form. I recommend Murthy Law firm with five stars. You are in safe hands when you hire them.

I gave my case to Murthy when it was not very complex. I lucked out because eventually, after we filed wom (writ of Mandamus), my I-140 was questioned, then denied, and then approved also. All because of the hard work of Murthy lawyers.
I'd suggest people to go to Murthy for everything related to immigration, because saving a few thousand dollars, while your career means hundred of thousands, is a bad choice.
When you give your case to Murthy, you can concentrate on work, which helps maintain your status. If you case has any openings for being resolved, Murthy has the best lawyers to find that opening.
In the end, I'd like to say that it doesn't take much for a case to become complex, so go to the best whenever you can, and I think Murthy is the best of all.

As immigrants from India, we always followed Murthy's visa/immigration bulletins and analysis with great interest. However, it wasn't until we hired them to assist with our permanent residency petition that we realized how professional, prompt, and supportive their attorney and staff were during our entire process. Thanks for all your help!

Prior to contacting The Murthy Law Firm I had other consultations with 2 different firms, both did not understand my visa issue after being deported and found inadmissible to the US with a 5 year bar. One attorney who was actually the head of the firm and told me I had no chance of winning and would not take on my case (maybe because she had a "no win no fee" policy) I thankfully contacted the Murthy Law firm and had my consultation with attorney Christopher Drinan. Christopher was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions very professionally and in a timely matter. He came up with a detailed plan on what actions would be taken in having a successful outcome with my case. After several months and a lot of hard work we heard back from the Port director at LAX granting our request to have my removal vacated. A couple of weeks ago I applied for my new visa the US consulate in Sydney Australia and was approved. I am extremely happing with choosing the Murthy Law Firm and especially attorney Christopher Drinan!

I am on EB3 and want to port to EB2.Since I don't have Masters I have to file my case under Exceptional Ability category. In order to file it, it required Degree, 10 years of fulltime employment and Client appreciation letter. so I approached Murthy law forum for it. They agreed and process fee $3500 + $500 USCIS fee.
I sent all my educational and experience letters to them, they said USCIS not accept the format of experience letter which I have, so you need to change the format of the experience letter. It is really tough to modify and get new format from my old employer. somehow I manage to get them.
I am working for government agency for 7 years, my Manager gave me very decent two pages appreciation letter about my work and how did I help the Agency and how company saved money thru my work. When I sent this client letter to Murthy, they said it is not enough to file the case, further said they want how much profit company made because of my work. I told them this is government agency not public company, they can’t give profile and loss. These mails going back and forth for 6th months. Finally I asked them what are the chances if I file my case with this client letter, they said less than 5%. Immediately I told them I want to withdraw my case. They said we will do it and just send appreciation letter from your employer and finally they filed it. I said Yes, because I don’t have any other option.
They played the game such way even if the case get Denied, the blame you for it. They try to push you to the corner so that you would not have any option… and say ‘go ahead and file the case, if case Denied I will not blame you’.
After six month case got Denied, reason is while filing Labor my company did not mention, it required Exceptional Ability candidate. Murthy said USCIS erroneously denied this petition. They gave option to Motion to Reopen and $2500 Murthy fee + $630 USCIS again. I felt $3500 itself lot of money for it and again they asking for $2500. Top on it they asking Client letter that should show like I am a Bill Gate or Steve Job. This is again they plan to push me to the corner if something happen again they would not take blame on them.
I apt to not to file Motion to Reopen because I don’t have confidence on Murthy and I don’t have that much money.
I asked Murthy to send me all the copies which they sent to USCIS, so that I can see they work, why they did charge me $3500. They sent 104 pages PDF, except page 96 I don’t see anything other than my documents and my employer.
I am not saying you should not go thru Murthy, you must be careful with them. Don’t blindly follow the Murthy Brand name.
Finally: when I asked them why did you file my case when you said that I have less than 5% chance of approval, Murthy replied we already done our paper work even if you withdraw the case at this stage you wouldn’t get anything. That means even if I withdraw my case in the middle of the process they would charge $3500.

I am so thankful that we contacted the Murthy Law Firm. My wife and I had been working with another immigration attorney who was passive, offered poor advice, and offered us terrible advice. They nearly had us spend >1 year apart while trying to figure out her visa issue. Just one call with Atty Sheela Murthy changed our lives. After the consultation we immediately felt more comfortable. She referred us to Atty Khorzad Mehta who was kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. Khorzad and team helped us through the grueling paperwork, and helped us prepare for the interview as well. We had a very complex situation that only expert attorneys could help us through. Can't recommend Murthy Law Firm enough!
