Virginia, despite being a "sister" state frankly seems like a world apart from North Carolina. Perhaps it's the different methodology of presenting matters in court, but we've traditionally been a bit dumbfounded in referring matters for clients when they run into problems across the border. I've personally referred a fair number of cases to Jonathan. . .although he likely never knew that. We've always had positive client comments and frankly, that's a BIG deal.
