Jennifer S Fairfax

Jennifer works with heterosexual, gay, lesbian, transgender and single clients in the areas of adoption and surrogacy inlcuding donor contracts.  She has extensive expereince in both domestic private and agency adoptions as well as knowledge and understanding of international adoption issues.  She has represented intended parents and donors and surrogates (gestational carriers) in surrogacy matters.  Jennifer works directly with clients from intake until resolution of their case.  After 10 years of working in prestigous family law firms in Bethesda, she became a solo attorney focusing her practice in family building.  As a solo attorney she is able to offer clients her extensive experience at a reasonable cost.
