I provide clients with personal and individualized legal service and advice in the areas of estate planning and administration, estate litigation, nonprofit and tax-exempt organization law, and business planning.
Specifically, I advise individuals with regard to their personal and business succession and tax planning, providing documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advance directives, and business-based documents such as charters, bylaws, employment agreements, buy-sell agreements, partnership agreements, etc.
In addition, I assist clients in setting up tax-exempt organizations and non-profits, and help organizations obtain tax-exempt status with the IRS. I also advise existing tax-exempt organizations on best-practices and compliance with federal and local laws.
With regard to estate administration and litigation, I represent fiduciaries in navigating the probate system and post-mortem estate planning, as well as preparing any necessary estate tax returns. I also represent individual beneficiaries of estates who may need separate counsel.
Specialties: Estate planning and administration; trust administration; tax-exempt organizations (corporate documents and tax work); business planning; estate litigation; taxation.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, biking, swimming, skiing, triathlons, reading for fun, and playing with my dog and kids.

From my experience working on several matters with Mrs. Weber, I have found her to be an ethical, detail-orientated, knowledgeable advocate. She is accessible, client-focused, and hard working. From the outset of our firm's engagement of her as outside counsel on an estate matter, she identified the key issues and was willing to tackle challenging matters, including ethical issues, without reservation and while adhering to exemplary standards. She has consistently proved to be competent and professional. She's also straight-up and easy to work with, which always helps. For these reasons, I endorse Mrs. Weber.
