About me

Megan M. Wallace concentrates in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, and business law. In addition to preparing wills, trusts, financial and health care powers of attorney, Ms. Wallace guides estate planning clients through the process of naming guardians for minor children and planning for the transfer of family businesses. Her clients include single people, married couples, families, and unmarried partners and their children.


Ms. Wallace guides numerous estates through the probate process. Ms. Wallace handles complex creditor issues and heir issues. In addition, Ms. Wallace has helped several clients unwind ownership of real property that was never properly transferred from a decedent.

Ms. Wallace counsels clients on matters related to business entity selection and formation, as well as ongoing operational issues.
